You should bring:
- referral letter from your treating surgeon/specialist or GP (if self-referred, no letter is required)
- any x-rays or scans
- copy of a current medical certificate and claim number if you are claiming through WorkCover
or third party insurance
Payment Options
Payment is required at the time of consultation. Sorry, this Practice does not bulk bill.
Payment methods include:
- Cash
- Eftpos
- Credit card
- Cheque
Hicaps facilities are also available, where it is possible to claim directly from your health fund and simply pay the remaining gap.
Do I Need a Referral?
You do not need a referral to access our outpatient services.
For inpatient services your treating specialist or surgeon will refer you to BOT and these costs are usually included as part of your hospital stay. Please check your private health insurance fund if unsure.

- Private hospitals
